Guided visit to the exhibition “Tiempo sensible” by Isabel Garnelo
Isabel Garnelo’s “Tiempo sensible” (Sensitive Time) reveals moments held still, surprising even to the artist herself. We feel called to let ourselves go as she has done, with no prior plans and no forethought. Her pareidolic works belong to a lost time, to a sense of time which, as a subjective emotion, becomes charged with value and is enjoyed precisely because it consciously refuses to give in to pressure.
— Belén Ruíz Garrido, lecturer in art history (University of Málaga)
The exhibition opens that same day at 20:00 and runs until 4 December.

Guided visit to the exhibition “Concrete Jungle” by Fon Díaz
One city, a single day and many lives unfolding at the same time. In “Concrete Jungle”, Fon Díaz builds a fictional universe where everyday gestures coexist with forces fighting for control of the city.
Each work is a fragment, a corner, a window, a story. Its inhabitants only know one part; whoever walks through the exhibition can begin to connect what remains hidden between them.
Fon Díaz’s imagery feeds on nineties pop culture: television, MTV, manga and a fascination with logos and brands. Out of that generational heritage come stories that laugh at social labels and reveal the power consumer society holds over us. The works are built by layering materials to create volume and detail: hand-cut paper, card, acetate, fabric, faux leather and felt, textured with spray paint.
