What data we process and why

This website does not collect personal data automatically: it uses no analytics and builds no user profiles. We only process the data you give us voluntarily:

• Contact form and enquiries by e-mail. We process your name, your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message for the sole purpose of dealing with and replying to your request.
• Newsletter subscription. If you subscribe, we process your e-mail address in order to send you our cultural agenda. Subscribing requires you to tick the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every mailing.

Legal basis

For dealing with your enquiries, the processing is based on the association’s legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation). For the newsletter, the basis is your consent (article 6.1.a), which you give by ticking the box and which you may withdraw whenever you wish.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as is needed to deal with your request and, after that, for the periods legally required in order to address any liabilities that may arise. Newsletter data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Recipients

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where legally required. In order to work, this site relies on providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting. It may record your IP address in the technical server access logs.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — maps embedded in the member pages. See the cookie policy.
• Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) — newsletter management and e-mail delivery, including the messages sent through the contact form. The data is hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@eamalaga.com, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our services or the applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
